Customer Satisfaction survey results Spring 2013

We are delighted to announce the results of our recently conducted customer satisfaction survey. The survey included 11 different questions covering amongst other things our technical quality, scientific knowledge, turnaround times, response times, flexibility and pricing. The overall score for us was 4.5/5. In addition 96% of our customers are ready to recommend us for their colleagues.

We would like to thank all our participated customers for taking the time to complete the survey. Our customers’ valuable feedback is important to us as we continuously strive to provide the highest quality of customer service.
