Admescope received high ratings in customer satisfaction survey

A sincere thank you to all our customers, who answered the customer satisfaction survey regarding the fiscal year 2019.
The questionnaire measured our performance in quality, competence, flexibility, customer communication and turnaround time. The overall score was 4.6/5. The respondents felt that we had been able to further improve our performance in customer service and competence compared to the last year.
Kudos again to everyone who participated the survey, gave feedback, and helped us to improve our services further. A donation of 440 € based on the amount of survey responses received was made to UNICEF as promised.

 Covid-19 update for Admescope’s research operations

Admescope announced the actions taken in order to ensure the business continuity during the Covid-19 outbreak in March 2019. Now, a month later, we are happy to see that the efforts to secure our service production via necessary precautions have been so far very successful, and we are thus able to continue offering our full range of services.
As the situation is still evolving, we will continue to monitor it closely and follow the guidance provided by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare. It is of crucial importance to ensure business continuity and support the pharmaceutical industry in their efforts to find therapies, as well as guarantee the safety and wellbeing of our employees and their families.
