Customer Satisfaction survey results

We are delighted to announce the results of our recently conducted customer satisfaction survey. The survey included 19 different questions covering amongst other things our technical quality, scientific knowledge, turnaround times, response times, flexibility, pricing and customer service. The overall score for us was 4.4/5. In addition 94% of our customers would recommend us for their colleagues.

We would like to thank all our participated customers for taking the time to complete the survey. All the feedback received is important to us as we continuously strive to improve our performance and customer service.
